“Newly renovated, clean, and quiet and it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. Excellent communication from booking to checkout. Tons of parking and so convenient to the heart of Surf City. Had everything we needed for a weekday getaway to the beach. Will be back for a longer stay next time.”

“It was nice to find a place that was larger than a typical hotel room to accommodate a family for a few days without having to commit to a full week rental. Units are fairly new with updated furnishings. It was clean and spacious. Convenient, short walk to the public beach access and this section of the beach was not very crowded. Close to the pier, shops and resturants. We had a first floor room and you could hear other guest walking fairly loud above us. If you are a light sleeper, I would……

“Checking in was super easy, the front desk person (male working evening on 7/3) was outstanding! I like the simple touches like the chips, soda, cookies. I only took a cookie but I think it’s great to offer that. Enjoyed the pool for a quick swim. Very relaxing. Breakfast was good and your staff there are pleasant, offered any help needed and the selection was perfect. The rooms were clean and a good size. My only negative is the water pressure. Overall the stay was great. Thank you.”

All the comments about getting caught parking there if not a guest and then questioning and making sure guests were ACTUALLY guests got annoying.”
