Incredible experience. Every employee at the hotel were incredibly amazing and helpful. The location is fantastic, just a few steps from Rialto Bridge. The whole hotel offers Air conditioned in all rooms and common areas. The breakfast was amazing too. Water taxis and gondolas available in front of the hotel. We will definitely be back to this hotel.

The building is unique and charming and in a great central location in Venice and the staff were all friendly and helpful. There is a convenient dock for water taxis adjacent to the hotel entry but our arrival taxi was not aware (probably because we set it up instead of the hotel). We did depart from the dock when the hotel set it up, which was great. Our room had a cool little balcony hanging over the San Moisè canal and the bathroom shower ceiling was very tight for a 6’ 2” person. Also, be warned, the bed was hard and pillows are not 4 star quality. There is a beautiful little courtyard with an incredible grapevine growing in it as a canopy but it was way underutilized and sadly used for storage of dead equipment. The hotel listing claims a bar, which was never open or available so this is misleading as you cannot get a cocktail on premises. The morning breakfast was great as stated. Overall, a good stay for a couple days in a prime Venice location but the accommodations are not quite 4 star.

We reserved a deluxe room with Canal View. The room was smaller than we expected although we had a good size bathroom. We did find the bed and pillows far too hard for our liking. The aircon worked really well, which we needed as it was very hot outside when we were there. The location of the hotel was excellent for exploring and only one bridge to carry cases over from Rialto. Breakfast was pretty good, with the hot selection being bacon, hotdog style sausages, scrambled eggs and baked beans.

Beautiful classy and quiet location of the hotel . Excellent condition appears very new and the cleanliness is top notch. Convenience to restaurants supermarket lovely gondola rides and umpteen other scenic walk arounds. Definitely recommend Cannaregio euro star ⭐️
