Disappointing
This is a stylish hotel and we're repeat guests. However, this time we experienced issues such as the receptionist taking far too long to simply check us in, a lack of welcome, indifferent service at dinner, the lamp in the bedroom not working and a leaking shower connection. It feels like the maintenance has been removed and it didn't feel like there was anyone with experience to lead the staff. Hopefully these issues are addressed as it's otherwise a lovely hotel. P.S. They didn't even put olives in the aperol spritzes! Cardinal offence! 😜

This hotel is so beautiful! We loved our stay here. It wasn't difficult to get there from the train station. It is super clean and the staff was really nice.

Unexpert ladies during check in. They were preventing us to have a bed for our 1 year old daughter (because we didn’t tell them in advance) By the way we have booked an expensive Junior Suite to be sure to have enough space for everyone.

We were very disappointed that the hotel wouldn't turn on the air conditioning. The room was hot and had no window. It did have a outside door, but no screen to keep the mosquito's out. The clerk lied and stated it was the law. I talked with another hotel and found out the hotel was being cheap. Nov 4th was the switch date from air to heat. I got a cup of coffee in the restaurant and they charged me $42.00 as 2 meals. I had to correct them and after a short investigation, they corrected it.

We had a room with a sea view, a must for me if there is the option. Our room had two large doors to open with a Juliet balcony, you could not have got nearer! The room was simple and neutral, but had everything you needed. It was a pity the restaurant was not open at lunch time. The breakfast was excellent.

I made the reservation and did not know that I have to go by boat to get there. my boyfriend has a phobia of crossing the water and I immediately canceled the hotel after booking, I also paid for the customer protection package which included a refund if we couldn't go. we didn't get our money back and we didn't go at all. the hotel stole from us

Great place, clean rooms, good staff. Despite what others say, breakfast is fantastic with plenty of choice. My favourites were the cakes! The outlook from the restaurant and outside bar over the water is spectacular. For climate reasons the A/C is limited to min and max temps which I understand but would be helpful if the min was a couple of degrees less. We had a room with a balcony which was great but no tables or chairs to site at. A handle on the outside of the balcony door wouldbe helpful to keep it closed and keep out the mozzies. Overall, as Arnie used to say: I'll be back!
