Nice stay. Lobby and bar were nice. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Staff at the reception desk were very kind. I like that there is a free airport shuttle available when booked 24 hours ahead. Location is about 15 minutes from the airport.

We stayed there overnight to be close to Marco Polo Airport for an early flight the next day. We used the shuttle service to the airport and it made everything very convenient. We also ordered room service and had breakfast the next morning, the food was very good.

The free airport transfer was so incredibly helpful, quick, and efficient. All of the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The bartender was great and the food(both dinner and breakfast buffet) was delicious! Perfect way to end our last day in Italy!

It's located steps from the train station, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant was ok and the bartenders were a little rude about wine, and not very interested in pleasing the customer. It was nice to have a free airport shuttle on the morning of our flight.
