This hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the Marco Polo Airport in Venice and there is a train station a short walkable distance from the hotel. This train will take you to downtown Venice. The elevator is small and the ac is great! Excellent breakfast.

The whole first floor smelled very strongly of mold ! I'm allergic to mold so my night was very uncomfortable. We could've asked to move rooms but we were just so tired that we stayed. But the hotel definitely needs to address that problem. They must have have a flood/water leak ? Lenka Hunwicks

The room was well appointed, but the floors had not been swept. There were cobwebs on the walls. It is a bit of a drive from the airport.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2024 before and after a cruise to Greece. We were able to use the hotel shuttle from the airport which was very accommodating. The staff was very professional, informative and kind. I needed additional help with my online booking when we returned from the cruise. Ceasar assisted me as much as he could until the manager, Antonio approved my room. I really appreciated his speedy response to my dilemma. I recommend using this hotel! Mary Matthews

I booked this hotel specifically for the shuttle to the airport. Was disappointed to discover the shuttle would not get us there in time and had to spend another 45 euros. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very poor quality, smelled, dirty laundry in the hallways. We are from the US stayed in Europe for a about 3 weeks and one of the worst hotels I have seen. We just could not stay there, stayed in another hotel a few miles away much better. No response from mngt at all.

The hotel is clean and adequate. The added breakfast was a nice touch. but there is NOTHING near this hotel other than the train that can get you to civilization. If you are coming to the area to see Venice and be in Venice, this is not the hotel for you.

The van drop off to the Marco Polo airport was what sealed the deal. Very easy. Breakfast was nice and very filling. Great coffee station. Room (we had a suite: 2 adults and 2 teens) was spacious. No frills, but a clean nice place to rest and shower before international travel.

The only thing that this property has going for it, it’s location to train station, Airport and its Professional Very Welcoming Friendly Staff. The property can definitely use facelift. Carpet stains ( bleached and dark spots in hallway carpets) A new carpet in hallways and an upgraded vinyl flooring in rooms and paint will enhance this property. Bathroom is very old had black stains around the base of the tub grout tile walls. Lead me to think it may be mold. Our room was converted into king bed, had one night stand on one side. The head board was not fit for king bed, light switches and outlets in middle between us. They can be more detailed oriented. It is a true sleepy town part of Venice. It is geared to accommodate flight attendants and flight captains. And those that are catching cruise lines and or long overlay flights. Bed and pillows are average.

This was a great location stay the night before a flight from Marco Polo/Venice Airport. Access from the train station directly to the hotel directly from Venice, steps away (avoided extra stops, direct service from our day in Venice to the hotel.) We used the hotel shuttle service the next day. Breakfast was wonderful, check in was quick and were given a cold bottle of water upon arrival, welcomed by our travels and the heat of the day.
