“The staff, especially the receptionist was the best part of staying at this hotel. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to accommodate guests requests and was the reason I would stay there again. The property on the whole was kind of very homely and was a delightful place. The backyard and the patio were not business like and reminded me of a very nice small town private house. The mango and avocado trees gave the place a natural and serene look and one could relax in the backyard……

“The cleaning staff needs to clean the floors of the room better. Variety of past shoe prints on wood. Shower had left over female bodily fluids. To be fair I didn’t notice at first because it blended in with the pattern of the floor but then the water hit it and it was clear. There was a nice glass out on the balcony filled with old cigarettes and water. I do smoke but would never use a drinking glass as an ashtray. I always use a closable half empty water bottle. “The room was nicely furnished & the location was close to the cruise port. We thought we had all the information to checkin with such as the room # & access code but when we arrived at almost 11:30 pm we realized we didn't have an access code to the building. Luckily, 3 young men came out, looked at our paperwork & let us in the building. It is an older building & there is little to no soundproofing. Unless you are a sound sleeper or sleep w/the TV on you may want to bring earplugs. As stated in……
