“If you are looking for a home that will fit a group of 8, look no further. This home was just the right size for our group of six adults and two children (9 yr olds). Two of the rooms had king beds and the other two were queen beds. Couches were really comfortable and cozy. The washer and dryer was a life saver! We came to New York to visit a Patterson, Wallkill, and Warwick for some tours. Overall, I highly recommend this place.”

“The host was very welcoming and helpful with whatever we needed assistance with. The home was perfect for a small get together with family. It was very clean and the beds comfortable. “Didn’t arrive till dark. Was a little nervous driving to the house on the narrow dark road. It seemed so far back into the woods wondered if I was in the right direction. When we walked in it was just as it was pictured. Very clean and nicely done. When we arose the next day we saw how beautiful the property was. So peaceful and beautiful views. Enjoyed our stay.”
