“I was overcharged on my 1 night stay at this hotel. They charged me for 3 nights of pets and snacks we did not have. I was assured at checkout this would be removed from my bill. I have called the hotel 5 times and the reservation line 3 times. I have email the general manager and she will not return a call or email. I have been assured by several employees that they checked the cameras on me around the hotel and found no pets and snacks. I am constantly told the manager needs to issue the……

“TERRIBLE!!
The front desk staff are horrible. They’re either absent or, when they are there, not very helpful. I booked this hotel for two months, but I guess I need to cancel all my bookings. No cleaning was done for a whole week, and the towels weren’t changed. “The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good. The……
