Lloyd was great at breakfast, really mind and welcoming. The lady who work led the night shift was not very attentive. The AC leaked in our room which is kind of dangerous. And maybe can label the fan switch and other switches, it was kind of confusing. I like the no contact checkout. But the text said 11am checkout and the from but desk said noon, so that was a bit confusing. Overall the stay was okay.

Right at the foot of Lookout Mountain with beautiful views. The hotel was clean. The staff was very professional. Breakfast was on target. I really liked the coffee bar.

Mold & mildew everywhere!

The room stunk of mold and mildew. The bathroom was covered in mold. The air conditioner had mold all over it that blew on us all night. No blankets or pillow cases for my son who slept on paper thin fold out love seat. Beds wete smaller than advertised. Carpet in hall and dlevater filthy and moldy. Everything was filthy and moldy. Staff was nice but DO NOT GO HERE
