Room was clean when I arrived however they only offer room cleaning every 3 days , staff was fine , no issues. Breakfast was so-so , fruit looked old and very un-appetizing , no milk for cereal for 2 days , pictures didnt reflect actual experience otherwise breakfast was adequate.

Our accessibility room was very nice, large separate living room. Nice size bathroom with grab bars. The room was clean, bed comfortable. A/C was loud but we found a switch on the wall to turn off in separate room. Was not happy that there was some mildew in the shower. Otherwise it was all good. Elevator needed new carpet. So first impression is not good. Breakfast was decent. Location was good. Cracker Barrel right in front of the hotel.

This is a great hotel with a lot of space. It’s very clean, has a friendly staff, and has a great breakfast! It’s convenient from the highway and close to many places in Chattanooga. We were only there overnight, but we really enjoyed going into Chattanooga.

My tub/shower had mold in the grout and the floors in the room were not completely clean, The hallway and elevator carpets are pretty grimey. The room is super dark as well. Only one overhead light...over the microwave and fridge. They should consider adding pot lights to living room and hallway and bedrooms. The proerty is just a little tired-looking. I did feel safe here though, and it was convenient to my business for this trip. The staff is super nice and helpful, so this is not a disaster. I have been in better properties in the Country Inn and Suites brand, so I was a little disappointed. However, this was a last minute scheduled trip on a budget, so it sufficed.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly, we didn’t eat breakfast there because the Cracker Barrel in front of it but it was packed every morning so I’m sure it’s good. Parking was not an issue. Had a front spot the whole time despite Chattanooga being busy due to the first week of summer break. We will be back!

The staff was very friendly and hotel was convenient to everything but out of the downtown crowd so we liked that. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, the only complaint I have is there was some mildew in the shower, along the walls but other than that I have no complaints.

Room was clean and comfortable and the front desk person was super helpful! I somehow had booked our 2 rooms for the previous night and they worked some magic and got us in to the rooms for the day we arrived without making us pay for the previous night. Very helpful front desk people!
