Very kind and helpful staff at this hotel! There was a smell of mildew and cigarette smoke throughout the hotel and our room which was disappointing, however our room was very clean.

I liked that it was newly renovated (per my brother). It was quiet (except for cicadas LOL). My sleep was amazing. I would most definitely stay here again. The location was convenient to Lookout Mountain and downtown Chattanooga. My brother was only 10 minutes away, so that made it convenient for him to pick me up during my visit.

Very unique ‘apartment’ style hotel. We had a 2 bedroom unit that was very spacious, well maintained, well equipped and clean. All the staff were helpful and friendly. This is a nice area, seemed like the business district, quiet on the weekends, but convenient and walkable to the river, aquariums etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Some of the walkways are really narrow with no warning or way around other than to walk through so, something to keep in mind if you are claustrophobic. Also, several nice gift shops and a fudge shop on-site that is fantastic!
