"Was greeted at the door by a barefoot front desk person! Registered and went to my room. I walked in to an overwhelming horrible odor. It smelled like a combination of cigarettes, mold and mildew. It smelled old and worn down. It just stunk. I waited a few minutes to see if I would acclimate to the smell. Nope. There was no way I could stay there. Went back to reception and met the barefoot receptionist, again. I told them the problem with the room and that I would not be staying. I asked for a refund and received it."

"I reserved at this hotel because of the large swimming pool and hot tub shown on hotels dot com. Upon arrival, on a sunny day in mid-May, we were informed that neither the pool nor the hot tub were functional. Hotels dot com falsely advertised the nature of the hotel. I will be sure never to use this deceptive web site again."

"Easy checking in and out via the text communication. The water temperature was a bit hit and miss. It would be only hot in the sink for a while. The knob on the shower was a bit difficult to turn on, someone with arthritis might have trouble. A couple times the neighbors across the street were loud, but nothing the air conditioning wouldn't cover. Overall a nice , clean convenient stay."
