"I reserved a room which showed a room with a kitchenette and windows, but they insisted I was going to get a windowless studio with only a shared kitchen. This went against everything that was on the Expedia website. I emailed them for a few days and no one responded. Then 24 hours before my arrival I started texting back and forth until I was given what I reserved. It was very stressful."

From requesting menus, the check, bread, and having food eventually brought over that had clearly been sitting in the window as it was mildly warm when we finally got it, that was the only downfall.
