"Overall a great stay. We've stayed here before while visiting friends & family in Stockholm and really loved it, so it definitely made sense to book again. The room was very nice and clean upon entry; the bathroom suite was tidy and had a great area for getting ready for my wife with the large light-up mirror. The bed was extremely comfortable and the view was beautiful, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a view of the busy courtyard. Our only complaints were that (because the hotel was fully booked, I assume this is the reason) the air conditioning and Wifi were both very sporadic throughout. The Wifi would stop working altogether quite often and we had to use our own personal mobile data to coordinate plans unfortunately with other family members. In regards to the air conditioning, despite the room feeling too warm at times, we phoned reception and requested a fan and they brought one up to us within 5 minutes. Every single staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful and they really made us feel welcome."
