The staff tried to be helpful, but the Hotel did not live up to the standards we have experienced with Expedia hotels with similar ratings. The first room was very small, with only room for a bed. After we questioned the size of the room, we were moved to another room that was small, but at least had room for two small chairs and table. The lighting was very poor and the light by the door was burned out. It was fixed the next day.

Excellent hotel located dead-center in Stockholm, very walkable to most main attractions and parts of the city. The included breakfast was one of the best I've had! Room was a tiny bit small, but that was my only complaint.

The room was very small. No telephone or coffee maker in the room. The lighting was awful. No tissue paper in the room. Overall very uncomfortable. Except the location which was great, everything else was substandard.

Sweet, unique hotel with a lot of charm. Fantastic music in the lounge, beautiful bar on the 14th floor too. Friendly & helpful staff. A complete, fresh, delicious breakfast served daily. We had a mix up at check in & they fixed it immediately without hesitation. They ordered our taxi for the airport & everything went super smoothly. One of the best hotel experiences I have had in my travels!!

Very new updated hotel with walking distance to Royal palace & old town & harbor. Excellent breakfast, nice staff. Luggage storage room is big with individual lockers. It was one of top hotels I have been stayed in Europe.

The hotel is located very conveniently to both Gamla Stan as well as a major shopping district nearby. It is also in the same building as a large mall. There are lots of places to eat nearby and the lobby bar has good food as well.
