“Location of unit was very central to downtown area of Seattle. It was about a 5 min walk to the nearest light rail station which I used to get to and from the airport. The water taxi and ferries to Bainbridge, Vashon and West Seattle are all 5 min walk across the street. Many great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance too.The unit was clean and very comfortable for two people. It had central heating and an AC unit if you stay in the hotter months. “We spent a wonderful week in this great apartment. The space is contemporary, fun, clean and welcoming. Also, it’s in a great location: It’s within walking distance of a grocery store, a cafe, restaurants, and Seattle Center, where you’ll find the Space Needle, the Museum of Popular Culture, Chihuly Garden and Museum, the Science museum, and Climate Pledge Arena… and also the monorail, and the free waterfront shuttle down to the Aquarium, Pike Place Market, and all the attractions in the……

“I was in town to close down the estate and home of my cousin. We had three adults who came and went. The location was close to our property in Magnolia. Laundry was a godsend, as no water at the estate house.Met the owners a couple of times, both friendly and curious about our needs. There was a fully functioning kitchen with provided snacks and coffee (with a french press). Many restaurants, coffee shops, and stores within a few minutes' walk. Enterprise car rental a few short blocks away.……

“Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is……

“I booked this as a last minute getaway trip to Seattle. I wanted to be outside of the downtown area for a different vibe and my stay here did not disappoint. Loved the location in the historic Columbia City area and within walking distance of the Light Rail for easy access. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and I loved walking to Seward Park. The room was clean and had many amenities available making it a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was great. Would stay again. ”
