We had a really great experience during our stay and will definitely book this place again. The location was absolutely perfect because it is right in the center of Coyoacán, allowing us to easily walk everywhere. We loved heading out each morning for a beautiful breakfast in the Mercado, and there were also plenty of fantastic cafes nearby to choose from. The property itself was super clean and felt pretty private, making it a wonderful sanctuary to return to. Best of all, we absolutely loved our hosts. They were incredibly kind and receptive, always checking in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Everything was great. Because of the World Cup streets were closed and we had to walk a block with luggage to get to the hotel, after getting dropped off with the taxi. Not the hotels fault just a little inconvenient for getting picked up or dropped off from the hotel.

Clean and as expected! Staff was polite and professional. The room was cozy and a/c super cold. It was on the very edge of Polanco but still very walkable and centrally located. My only complaint is that it took a bit of tries to figure out the hot and cold water in the shower but figured it out.

Our stay was amazing. We visited for a long weekend from Florida. Wanting the cooler weather Mexico City offered due to its elevation. We arrived well before check in. Our room was ready without asking. Our goal was to relax and refresh. The hotel did not disappoint. The roof top restaurant was amazing and the staff was perfect. We left the hotel to visit one museum. The rest of our stay was relaxing in the multiple lounges and eating at the hotel. Breakfast was simple but also very good. Not a USA continent buffet, but a small menu that was included with the room fee. There was also a larger menu that had items you could request with payment. There is a small park across the street. However, it is a marijuana acceptance zone. People go to this location to smoke marijuana. It is not a park the visit and hang out (unless that is your thing). Our rooms terrace faves the park. We did not have any issues with odor from the use of marijuana at the park. The arch of the hotel is old world with a remodel that kept true to the buildings heritage. It is definitely worth a return visit.
