Gorgeous rooms, gorgeous property. Love this hotel. Unfortunately the girls at the front desk are young and probably have ever experienced a luxury hotel. They were not trained to know where foreigners can change money. They sent me to a bank AND BANKS ARE NOT EXCHANGE HOUSES. .. One super knowledgeable front desk man was so helpful, he is the best . Antonio Del Prado should be a manager, he knows everything and helped me change dollars and coordinate Uber. ... The hotel had one extension cord and it was lost the first 2 days I needed it. They finally bought one and I was grateful. ... ... I came with my best friend who is a Doctor, and they refused to provide an airbed, or even a sheet for the woman doctor to sleep on the couch. . They were super kind to provide a blender, and Nashelly was helpful.
