The morning of the trip we were notified that there was a water problem, and we were offered rescheduling We were already packed... my daughter has to pick her vacation days once a year, so changing our schedule was unavailable, so we threw in some water and proceeded. The water was off until the next morning, so there were dirty dishes in our sink, and no showers, and inability to flush toilets until the water service resumed the second...

"The golf course is stunning. Lots of deer roaming around the golf course and the community - fun to watch. Barely anyone in the community - maybe scared away by the flooding of this year, fires of 2022, or lack of workers???? It was definitely peaceful & quiet. There are some quirky things about this unit like no a/c, an induction only stove & oven, front door smart lock technology that didn't work - but I contacted the host who responded quickly w/ some handy help. "A peaceful and relaxing stay in the foothills. A little noisy above us the first night with lots of running of "little" feet, but after the checked-out the following day our timeshare was quiet again. I guess we'd prefer an upstairs unit next time."
