“We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The location was great, especially being close to the ski area which made everything very convenient. The room space was a little small, but it felt cozy and comfortable. The hotel had a warm and relaxing atmosphere, and overall we enjoyed our stay. “Physically the property was pretty just like the on line pics. The rooms lacked storage and for the high price no water or tv was provided. The wait staff was slow and lacked training. As an example, was told the restaurant didn’t offer a latte, but I was free to go Nextdoor to their shop, purchase one and bring it back to the restaurant. That makes no sense as a trained professional would have run over, got the drink and added the cost to your bill. The staff was friendly, but lacked the skills……

“This was a great room for the price. Very clean! Shower head was a little wonky but, not terrible. Heard a lot of road noise at night but, I think any motel in that area is going to be right on the road. Very close proximity to Big Trees and Murphys where they have a really cute old Main Street.
