“Positives: - Large clean room with nice view. - Very clean and upgraded building and amenities. - Staff is VERY friendly and helpful. Need Improvement (but easy to fix): - Pool was a bit chilly. Please warm it up a bit. - No desk in room. Put in a small desk and office chair. - Pillows new and fluffy but not much substance. Get some good pillows. Overall: I would go there again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay and the location was great for hiking the Incline. The hot tub and pool were very clean and a lot of fun, we wish they would have been open a little later.”

“The problem with the room was that it had a fire alarm which was having flashing bright light which was disturbing. The curtains installed were not done right and it was letting in too much of light. You have to wake up early due to bad design of the room interiors”

“My room was quiet and AC worked well. I could sort of see the mountains but "Mountain View" is a bit of a misnomer given the way the hotel is oriented. I was in room 211 and there was a crater in the mattress closest to the door-- it really needs to be replaced. I liked the fridge and microwave and coffee maker. I liked that there was a nice desk and a sitting chair. The water in the sink and shower never got very hot, but it was warm. Staff was very friendly and helpful and hotel was well……

“We chose this motel due to its pet policy. The hallways were filthy. The door to the connecting room had a fridge in front of it to act as a lock. The sheets on one of the beds were dirty. Our dog stood in front of the door alerting. Altercation in the parking lot. We did not feel safe and left n”

“Just another anonymous hotel. Nothing special. Cleaner than others.”

“Checked in A/C was not cooling turned it as low as could go room never cooled, so we checked out and went and found another hotel. Olympias pool was broken and not in use!”
