It was a beautiful resort but the first person who checked us in was not very friendly. We didn’t love our room as it had no view but was large and clean. The restaurant was very nice and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Wasn’t happy with the resort fee . We were told it was $24 and they charged us $40 plus tax so ended up paying $51 with extra tax added. Also were woke up by the people above is waking around and the kids screaming . Never had that in regular motels . Don’t plan on going back !

I had stayed at this property when I was in CO on business several years ago. I was excited to bring my family back with me this time. We enjoyed the room/balcony, the property itself and the amenities. It was perfect for families. The only reason we're not giving 5 stars was some of the property needed attention...for example, when we got to the pool one afternoon, there were 3 lounge chairs open and all were broken. It was an extra hot day and all of the umbrellas were also broken. We did eat dinner on property one night and had to wait 30 minutes for a table while "the kitchen got caught up." They took our name and we didn't have a problem waiting. Unfortunately, they overlooked our name and after waiting for a table for 45 minutes and we asked about it, they realized their mistake. We sat down and the server said it would be a 30 minute wait for appetizers and 60 for food. Thankfully it did not take nearly this long and we received our food in a decent amount of time.

Views are great. we had top balcony. i wouldn’t stay anywhere else. and we stayed on the side where you can overlook the water and mountains. we stayed week of july 4th. the fireworks were DOPE. we must had one of the best views in colorado springs for them. some people watched from the fold course. btw the golf course is gorgeous and i don’t even play golf. food was alright. taking out paddle boat and looking and mountains is so nice. great place. i’d go back. my only criticism would be the bathroom in our room was very small and the door opened to the inside so i barley missed the toilet. not a deal breaker.
