“Our room had a leaking broken sink and water flooded the floors as soon as we checked in and used the bathroom sink. The water was draining through to the floors and created an unsanitary mess. Then the hotel has no free breakfast. The staff is very warm and nice but the management needs to fix the rooms. The pillows are not the best either. Please purchase some nice fluffy ones. Bad hotel that's not value for the money paid in the Uluwatu area . Great customer service.”

“Firstly, I’d like to mention that the staff at Dreamsea are absolutely amazing. They are so hardworking, accommodating, helpful, and if I could give each of them a rating, it would be 110%. "The hotel upgraded us to one of the villas after 1 night of noise disturbance from upstairs - it was a real treat which elevated our stay to a whole new level. If you can afford it, go for the villas and you won’t regret it. The standard rooms are nice too but you may be affected by other guests who are loud neighbors at night."
