“Our room had a leaking broken sink and water flooded the floors as soon as we checked in and used the bathroom sink. The water was draining through to the floors and created an unsanitary mess. Then the hotel has no free breakfast. The staff is very warm and nice but the management needs to fix the rooms. The pillows are not the best either. Please purchase some nice fluffy ones. Bad hotel that's not value for the money paid in the Uluwatu area . Great customer service.”

“Orama Bali is a wonderful hotel! It is beautifully designed, very clean and is situated on a cliff overlooking the Indian Ocean. There are many shops and restaurants just steps away from the hotel. "The hotel upgraded us to one of the villas after 1 night of noise disturbance from upstairs - it was a real treat which elevated our stay to a whole new level.
