"The room was clean and the hotel is conveniently located to the airport, especially with the shuttle. The staff at the reception desk did not seem to want to go out of their way to offer assistance. Overall, it was fine."

"Expensive valet parking . No self park that I could see. In room fridge was not working and lights in room were not all working. We had to wait over 2 hours for check in due to someone late check out and room not ready. Reservations were well in advance- 2 months - and we got to check in line after 530 pm. "

"Stayed here due to proximity to GA Tech for a concert. Great location. However, check in was at 4pm- we arrived at 430 , after standing in like for 30 minutes-we were told our double queen was not ready and they couldn’t tell me when it would be. I asked for a king and was put in an ADA king- which I was not made aware of causing issues with the shower. The valet parking was full so we had to self park a block away. 2 of the 4 elevators were not working.. WE STOOD IN LINE OVER AN HOUR to ride the elevator to the 23rd floor. Which delayed our arrival to the event. Not to mention having to wait to ride the elevator again when we got done with our event. They did take a few folks on the service elevator RARELY. We heard the elevators had been down for over 2 weeks. Very disappointed with the way the situation was handled and no compassion from staff."
