"My three adult brothers, my father, and I flew into the area from around the world to celebrate my brother’s college graduation and we needed a place to stay. This house was perfect! It is on a gorgeous lake, with both a second story screened porch and a deck to enjoy the view. Down the stairs is the lakeside patio, beautifully landscaped, with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs (great for family photos with the azaleas in bloom!). Inside the house there are so many surprising amenities! The furnishings are warm, inviting, comfortable, and luxurious without feeling pretentious. The beds were firm but soft; there were different pillows available to suit your needs, and the bedding rivaled that of a fine hotel. I slept like a baby! Even the toiletries were high end. The kitchen had high quality cookware and knives— two things that rentals typically skimp on. There was a pantry of staples available for our use (thanks for the hot cocoa!) and we were greeted with a generous basket of smore fixings. Check In and check out were super easy and the host was immediately responsive when needed. One brother left his coat and sunglasses at the House and the host arranged to have them shipped to me — what amazing service! I’ve stayed in a lot of home rentals in this country and around the world (with a larger family, we much prefer a house over a cramped hotel room) and this house was definitely one of the best."

"This place exceeded my expectation. This place is not clean, its CleannnnnNNNNNN. A major difference. My family and i enjoyed our stay. The host is top notch. We wanted for nothing. The community is so quiet and peaceful. I am a customer for life. We officially named this place our vacation home. OMG! Such a wonderful place. Look no more this is the place for you."

"Beautiful, quiet, location with a very big sandy beach. It was great for the kids. The layout of the house was great. Anna-Lisa is very responsive. We had a minor issue with the sink and she fixed it immediately. Plenty of linens provided. Lots of sand toys and beach amenities. We have two small kids and the property is very kid friendly. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We frequently book rentals like this for weekends away and this was probably one of the best places we have stayed in. There was just so much to do! There's a beautiful rooftop complete with a fireplace AND a hot tub as well as a built in sauna in the bedroom! The outside area was the cherry on top. The lake was beautiful, we went swimming and kayaking (there is a canoe too) and then made smores around the outside firepit (yes, there's more than one). There were 10 of us who stayed here and we all had ample space. There isnt a ton around in terms of restaurants etc so we brought groceries with us and cooked/bbq'd each night. The kitchen had plenty of utensils. Theres also a basement downstairs with a pool table, juke box and lounge area which was perfect for games etc. I couldnt reccomend this place highly enough. The communication with the host was easy. He was very quick to respond. We also rented a boat up on lake Winnipesaukee to do some watersports on our last day which was only 20/25 min drive away so its also a great place if you're looking to do some day trips to the (bigger) lake."

"The location is, as advertised, right on Locke Lake which is a quiet community. House was clean when we arrived. Fresh linens were also provided. Comfortable beds! The house has only one shower. Great stay!"
