“Upon arrival at the hotel I was not happy with the condition of the room. It didn’t look as it was shown on line when booking. It was indeed very clean but the furniture is extremely old and it didn’t appear to be “ modernized and updated “ as advertised. I asked for a better room and was pleasantly reassigned to another. ( it was marginally better) we stayed anyway and it was super quiet and clean. I’m glad I didn’t pay much for the room. I probably would not return.”

“The disappointment was deception in advertising. You should know there is NO staff. You check in with codes that you receive via text. It's a touchless, faceless experience. No common areas. Zero chance at any customer service. It's a new type of "hospitality" that is AI driven and has no personal interaction or touch. All tech. Photos make the rooms and facilities look bigger than they are. It very much reminded me of a college dorm. 3-4 stories but no elevator. Narrow halls and steps.……

“Worked out great to stay here! The staff were welcoming, the breakfast was very good with multiple choices of things to eat and the room was comfortable. We appreciated the full length mirror in the room along with other mirrors so everyone could get ready for the day easily. The location was perfect to have easy access to all the surrounding areas and places to eat nearby.”
