“Everything was great. However there is no TV so be prepared to spend that day outside or bring board games. Not much to do at night. We were gone during the day everyday but would have been nice to watch at night. Also if you plan on cooking they have everything but seasoning youll want to bring that with you. Id suggest brining food as closest HEB or groc store is 1hr 15min away. They have a nice waterhole to check out outdoor games for kids. We went end of June and was hot but had nice breeze……

“Beautiful, clean cabin with a wonderful view of the river. The host was just a gem. We booked a last minute reservation right in the middle of them setting up for their staff Christmas Party. Suzy kindly stopped setting up and ensured we were able to get to our room. I was extremely impressed with everything and will certainly be back when I come back to the area.”

“We had an incredible stay at Texas Hill Country Resort! The Rranch house is absolutely massive and so comfortable—it really has everything you need to feel at home. The views are phenomenal, and the staff couldn't have been kinder. One helpful tip for future guests: the main stove is currently disconnected, so while the hosts provide electric grills, you might want to plan simple meals or prep ahead if you're cooking for a large group. “Nice place great bathrooms ”

“Good location inbetween Garner, Lost Maples for full slate of exploring and hiking. Everything is as advertised. Didn't need to interact with the host much but I found everything I needed in email and written communciations. I didn't try the wifi, I found my home TMobile Hotspot worked just fine and allowed me to do a little work and stream movies/etc. So Tmobile does work here.”
