The Leakey side - Whiskey Mountain Duplex - Great Location!

My place is close to Garner State Park (3 Miles), Lost Maples Park, Frio River, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, & Uvalde. The famous three sisters (best driving roads in the USA) You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night.
Sleeps 5-6 – Each cabin offers a queen size bed, two twin beds, a couch, & a queen air mattress, full kitchen, full bath/shower,  and BBQ grill, heat & air on each side.  Each side reserved separately.  It also has a large covered front porch.
This cabin includes the following:
Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, cookware, dishes and utensils to prepare meals.
BBQ pit and picnic table with grilling utensils.
Covered front porch with patio furniture to sit, chit chat, read or just do absolutely nothing but enjoy the beautiful Texas Hill Country views!
Each bed has a quilt, pillow(s) and a mattress protector.  You must BRING your own Towels, Sheets, & Pillowcases (2 Queens & 2 Twins).
Free Wi-Fi - Country Wifi is for basic texting b/c phone service is not always great. It is not intended for working or downloading music/movies.

  This cabin does NOT include the following:
Trash bags, zip lock bags, & Paper Products-*** but we do supply you with ONE of the following: toilet paper, paper towel roll, trash bag, coffee, & sugar.
Sheets & Towels – You must BRING your own Towels, Sheets, & Pillowcases (2 Queens & 2 Twins).

Memorial Day Trip 2025

Great weekend stay!

This cute cabin was perfect for me and my family. It had everything we needed to cook, relax and enjoy the outdoors. The host was excellent, this is our second time visiting this property. We will definitely be back!

Weekend boys trip

The cabin was a perfect size for us 3 and I was impressed with the amount of kitchen accessories there were. I’m a big cooker so I brought my own stuff but didn’t need it. We spent both days at Garner, which was very close, and spent the night cooking with a fire.

Great Experience

I have stayed many places in Frio Country and this was by far my favorite. The shower was amazing, the room stayed cold, and it is conveniently located right outside of Leaky! We will be back!

Our family enjoyed staying here. Easy check in, nice location. The cabin had everything needed to make our stay easy. We were able to cook and even bake brownies. maybe a rice cooker would be nice, it would make cooking rice easier. We enjoyed sitting in the back yard. Close to garner sate park and lost maples park. I would recommend staying here.

Perfect getaway!!

Love the location and how the cabin backs up to a wooded area so you can just relax, the children loved walking the small trails in the back. Cabin was comfortable the bathroom stays hot all day which was the only downside. But very close to everything.

Short get away

Very serene stay for our short family getaway. Quiet property. Comfortable overall. Excellent shower. The pullout sofa bed mattress was a bit worn (lumpy in middle) and would not hold up for our 19-year-old. But our 12-year-old did okay with it. Would say that bed the accommodation is realistically more for 5 people max. Really enjoyed our stay. Backyard was perfect for some BBQ and making smores
