“Wonderful stay, beautiful space, close to everything, very clean and cozy. This is a duplex, so you will have neighbors to share your porch. Not a big deal for us, we had the best neighbors but thought I would mention. Loved watching the hummingbirds off of the front porch, so beautiful.”

“Overall, amazing place. Looking forward when to visit again. ”

“Beautiful secluded property in the heart of hill country. Fantastic hosts, abundant wildlife, and the cabin was cozy and full of rich Texas history. We WILL be returning.”

“Great intimate clean cabin. Close to Garner State Park.”

“Amazing trip, we loved it. Close to the state park, and our kitty loved sitting by the window and watching nature. We had a great time! 10/10”

At this time the river on the property didn't look great for swimming (no deep spits, tree branches, etc), but if you want to swim, Utopia City Park has a deep...
