"Somebody stole my money clip(4-500 dollars) from my room even though I had a do not disturb sign. I noticed my Bosch battery for my e-bike was not working when i got home. These could be close to 2 thousand dollars to replace."
"Clean room. Unfortunately very small room for the queen size suite. The gym was also very small and extremely limited for equipment. The room was clean and the staff were wonderful, they even helped carry our bags to the room"
"Over billed me and we’re slow to return the refund. It has taken several calls thus far and the response is always the same - we’ve processed on our end but it will take time to show up on your credit card yet it never shows up. Be careful what you allow them to pre-authorize on your card. "
