“Overall our stay was excellent! There was only really one glitch. We requested and paid for a late check out 1 pm and at 11 am house keeping knocked and walked in the room. Thankfully we had a blanket covering us and from the open door the bed cannot been seen. I told them we had a late check out and then at 12 pm they came back to the room and told us they didn’t have that info passed on to them. The house keeping was understand and I was firm with the fact that we were not leaving until 1 pm.……

“Chatham House is a beautiful property ideally located close to downtown Kelowna. Our 3 night stay was absolutely perfect and we loved everything about the heritage house and staff. Every small detail of the property and our stay was thoughtfully taken care of by the owner and staff. Lola, thank you, you were absolutely brilliant. Thanks also to Janet. We were so fortunate to meet the others guests during our stay. All were lovely people. We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely patio. Breakfasts were……
