"The price is right and we had a comfortable stay for 2 nights. The staff in the front desk were very accepting. Only thing is they should at least make the bed for the night even if they don’t change the sheets. And breakfast was good as well .Otherwise it would be a 5 star"

"We've stayed at Hotel Zed Kelowna a few times now and it's usually a pretty good experience. It's important to know this is a budget property, so if you're expecting something really spectacular, you may be disappointed. The room we had this time faced the busy road and was pretty noisy. The earplugs provided helped a bit. We had hoped to enjoy some time by the outside fireplace, but it wasn't working this time. Maybe it's seasonal? The cleanliness fell a little short for us this time. It was mostly the lampshades that looked like they needed cleaning or replacing years ago. Once we noticed the lampshades, I questioned the cleanliness of everything. Hopefully they address this important housekeeping task asap. The best things about this place for us are the location, the table tennis room, the egg chairs, and the rooftop patios (when the fireplace/firetables are working). I'm hoping for a 5 star experience here in future"

"The Royal Anne’s central location was perfect for us. Short walk to harbour and board walk along the water. Every staff member we met was pleasant, helpful and eager to help. I would highly recommend this hotel!"
