“Do not stay in room 109! The microwave doesn’t work and they knew this when I checked in and didn’t tell me! They said they are aware of the situation but can’t fix it. What?!! It needs a bigger breaker in the fuse panel which is in the room. I was there for a week and couldn’t use the microwave. Disappointing. I loved everything else about the hotel. It’s a shame, this needs addressed. They did say there was another room that the microwave didn’t work but they didn’t say which one, ASK BEFORE……

“Room was good though it was not properly cleaned before I came in. There were bath towels on the bathroom floor with only a few smaller towels available to dry myself off after a shower. There was a half drunken water bottle and a crumbled napkin on the nightstand.”

“The young gentleman (Andrew?) that checked me in and out was very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic but not intrusive. He is one of few people who seems to be committed to serving others well and who genuinely enjoys it and likes people. The breakfast included some hot items beyond the common continental breakfast and the staff frequently monitored it to make sure it didn’t run out and to keep the area clean and orderly. The building looks new and modern and they have popcorn, fruit, and……

“预定是双床房。到达酒店后，前台工作人员第一时间向我们推荐某组织捐款活动，被拒接后，给我们安排大床房，告知我们房间有沙发床，该酒店没有双床选项。早晨离开酒店时，发现对面房间就是双床房。因拒接酒店工作人员信念被刁难，也算奇葩。强力不推荐这家酒店”
