“The inn is old and outdated. There were no electrical outlets in the bathroom, the tub was cracked, and the shower curtain was inefficient. While the room included a hairdryer it was mounted on the wall outside of the bathroom. There was no vanity light over the bath sink the opening covered by a metal plate. The bedspread was soiled and in desperate need of dry-cleaning. The exterior road noise was constant extending throughout the night. It would have been impossible to sleep without running……

“Our stay at Quality Inn Near Lake Marble Falls was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. When we arrived, the front desk employee appeared very tired and even mentioned that she was falling asleep. During check-in, I asked about paying for a rollaway/extra bed for my 9-year-old son because the hotel’s website lists this amenity under the “Family Friendly” section. However, she immediately told me they do not have rollaway beds and said they have never had them available. She also……

“This hotel is always clean and ALWAYS friendly. I go there once a month for work and always see the same front desk folk and they are always so nice. The young gentleman from Germany who works nights is so kind and always greets everyone. Breakfast is good with multiple options, and there are loads of places to eat within 5-10 minutes, including a Target, etc close by. I recommend this place to everyone!”

“It's a bad experience, I'm a businessman who stays in hotels a lot, and they call you out early, even if it's not the check-out time, the pillows are hard, even though there are four of them, none of them can sleep, they put the coffee machine in the toilet room.”
