The pillows on the beds were the size of throw pillows. The sofa bed was literally broken, the feet wouldn't stay up and springs were poking through (room 200). Paint peeling and cracks in the ceiling. At 430 in the morning guests were allowed to let adults and a baby scream in the hallway for 15 minutes. When I called the front desk to report the issue I was told "they should settle down soon". I woke up with strange bites (not bedbug) on my back that have taken a week to heal.
