“Great setting, lovely hotel, lovely pools & the included entry into the two theme parks was excellent. It was a busy weekend & feel the staff were overwhelmed at times, also apart from one or two members of staff, the rest of the staff always looked after, served etc etc the Spanish guests first & foremost, which was frustrating as we are Scottish but after living in Spain for 21 years & speaking Spanish was very frustrating. My wife suffered an injury due to water leaking into the floor……

Unfortunately upon arrival at 3pm we were unable to get in the lift for 10 minutes to get to our room as the cleaner insisted on going up to other floors & down to lower ground with trolleys full of washing. She wouldn’t allow us to get in the lift just to get to our floor? Not ideal. Also the toilet lid was broken & eventually fell off.”

“Sehr schöne, weitläufige grosse Hotel-Anlage mit Hotelteil und 500m vom Haupthaus entfernt der Bungalow-Appartmentteil "Villas". Sehr schlne gut ausgestattete Villen unterschiedlicher Grösse zum Teil mit eigenem Swimmingpool ansonsten mehrere Gemeinschaftspools. Transfer zum Hotel mit Kleinbus oder Fussweg für die Fittness und Sportlichen ( kann man joggen). Selbstversorgung im Appartment möglich da voll ausgestattete Küche ansonsten Frühstück im Hotel möglich. Leider ist die Anlage weit weg……

“We had an awesome stay at this hotel! Our room was completely new, incredibly spacious, and featured a lovely little terrace. The bathroom was fully equipped, and overall, we felt super comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfast was also great, they offered a wonderful variety of options.
