“Great setting, lovely hotel, lovely pools & the included entry into the two theme parks was excellent. It was a busy weekend & feel the staff were overwhelmed at times, also apart from one or two members of staff, the rest of the staff always looked after, served etc etc the Spanish guests first & foremost, which was frustrating as we are Scottish but after living in Spain for 21 years & speaking Spanish was very frustrating. My wife suffered an injury due to water leaking into the floor……

“We had an awesome stay at this hotel! Our room was completely new, incredibly spacious, and featured a lovely little terrace. The bathroom was fully equipped, and overall, we felt super comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfast was also great, they offered a wonderful variety of options. The only downside happened on a day we went for a long hike. We returned absolutely exhausted and looking forward to an early night, but the hotel played loud music until 111:30pm (it was a Friday). “Sehr schöne, weitläufige grosse Hotel-Anlage mit Hotelteil und 500m vom Haupthaus entfernt der Bungalow-Appartmentteil "Villas". Sehr schlne gut ausgestattete Villen unterschiedlicher Grösse zum Teil mit eigenem Swimmingpool ansonsten mehrere Gemeinschaftspools. Transfer zum Hotel mit Kleinbus oder Fussweg für die Fittness und Sportlichen ( kann man joggen). Selbstversorgung im Appartment möglich da voll ausgestattete Küche ansonsten Frühstück im Hotel möglich. Leider ist die Anlage weit weg……

“I arrived may the 23th on the 24th I got robed from the room somebody rob dollars and euros I went to the police and made the complain,I spoke to the manager her name is Sandra she went to my room she searched every where because that’s part of the procedure then I spoke to the administrator his name is Hector and he told me something insane that’s nothing in the room is protected only if is in the safety box I asked him how come ? “The hotel is in a great location. The staff are excellent and the hotel was clean. we only stayed bed and breakfast, and the food was very good. Our only gripe was that when having a beer around the pool, it was served in a paper cup. It would be much better served in one of the reusable plastic cups.”

“We wanted a place that was walking distance to the beach, and this was perfect. We were a big family group with kids, the place was located in a very busy area. We had a great time, the kids loved the place and atmosphere but if you like a more relaxed and peaceful place, you might not have a good time. In our experience, we did had a great time walking around the beach, with tons of options to eat delicious food, bars, and shops. You will be walking distance to Balcon del Mediterraneo which is……
