“They claimed it was a renewed hotel, it was older than before when it was called Baron Cove. Old rooms, old showers, I tried taking a shower then bathtub wasn’t passing the water down, the bathtub got filled up quickly with water. The pool looked tired, the service at the pool was horrible, staff didn’t know the menu. Disaster. So sad for this hotel as it was a classic back in the day.”

“Clean - Attentive if you had an issue. Rooms were attractive Negative everything done through internet, which may be a problem for older people and some rooms had tub i/o walk-in showers”

“Ridiculously expensive. A standard motel and the doorways to the rooms smelt strongly of disinfectant. Given the location it should have been 1/3 of the price I had to pay.”

“Very bad experience. We left the hotel since the bed was terrible. We escalated to onsite manager and she acknowledged the bed condition and mentioned they had ordered new matrices. However, we had to drive back to NYC since it was not possible to sleep at all. We escalated to Expedia and requested a full refund. There was also an issue with temperature - room was extremely cold and manager suggested to provide us with a heater. However, we didn’t take this option and drove back home. We……
