“Location, Location, Location. This townhouse is perfectly placed to give you access to the beach via an entrance across the street and walking into town. You can park the car and forget about it for the rest of your trip. ”

“We so enjoyed our stay! The view from the property is spectacular, so we were able to enjoy the beach even though we had bad weather. The size was great - we were four adults and fit comfortably. Tim was an excellent host, who promptly assisted us with any questions we had. We will be looking to stay here again!”

“The property, a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite at the Montauk Manor, is very nicely updated. The kitchen, while small, is more than enough for a vacation stay, including a full size fridge. The king size bed was "dressed" with soft sheets, wonderful quilt, and comfortable pillows. The apartment's accessories are lovely, and there was plenty of towels, soap and hair shampoo/conditioner. The room is set back from the entrance where the loading/off loading parking is but noise was not an issue. There……
