“Gym was decent, Breakfast buffet Saturday was quite disappointing. One server was left to greet, seat, and service the entire dining room. Nonetheless, that one person was busy stalking a closet very far away and didn’t come by one. We sat ourselves. TV in the room did not work and we didn’t realize it until the last night so we opted to not have them come work on it - instead just relaxed. Beds were comfy”

“This is the worst hotel, pls don’t book them from Expedia, I searched walnut, the walnut shown Walnut Creek to me, so I booked them, but I found it is wrong when I double checked, called them and left many messages for them, nobody answered, and I asked Expedia to negotiate with them, this hotel still didn’t intend to refund my money, so this hotel is really scammed ”

“The desk person upon our evening check-in (6pm) was clearly not in a space to be customer service oriented. The room was clean. The breakfast was okay, but basic. The Valet was kind and friendly as were the desk associates upon check out. Overall-average”
