“Nice and convenient hotel. ”

“The room was affordable, clean, and quiet. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. We had a great experience there for two days and would love to stay again!”

“There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed...our tv kept acting up, our toilet nearly overflowed, two drawers would not stay closed, and the ice machine on our floor was out of order all three days. Friendly staff, good breakfast, but a little disappointed since I had stayed here before and chose it because of my good experience back in June.”

“I very much enjoyed staying at The Loom Hotel! Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is clean, impeccably renovated and big thumbs up for the great breakfast and restaurant.”

“Great location and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Food was great and they actually had room service. Can't recommend enough.”

“The front desk staff is very nice and helpful. the room is clean.”

“The HVAC unit was really noisy.”

“The surrounding is very quiet and the room is large, but the drainage in the shower is very poor and seriously blocked”

“I'm never go back there”

“Construction at 7am right above room”

“Room was clean, staff was very nice. Stood at this location 3 times. I would stay again.”

“no house keeping”

“After checking in and going to the room we noticed the TV was not in working order. When we called the desk we were told “oh yea.. so… there is an issue with the TV service in almost all rooms and nothing I can do to help you” we were told to speak to the manager in the morning to get what we were promised a $25 credit to be told they could not. Buyer beware !! We should have been told this prior to even giving my card to complete the process”
