“Clean room. Pleasant staff. Only the air conditioner was a little loud stayed there last year , this year,and plan a return for next year.”

“We booked this hotel for the wrong date (June 9 and it should’ve been June13). When we got to the hotel it was fully occupied. The staff were very nice. Unfortunately we contacted Expedia and they called the hotel who stated that they would not give us a voucher for another stay. We’ve stayed there many times and it’s perplexing that they don’t value returning customers enough to accommodate them. Needless to say we will not stay there again.”

“Booked a room for 2 nights at the Cleveland house, we were moved to their sister property right across the street. The staff was friendly and the room was dated but clean. It was a great walkable location and I would totally visit again. We opted not to do the breakfast because there were so many walkable spots nearby but love that it was offered”

“This hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment. The furniture is all beat up, and the rugs are incredibly musty and old. If you have sinus issues, you should avoid this place. Loud traffic noise from outside, too. I did give a star for the bed being comfortable.”
