"Check-in was stressful, they did not have the confirmation # and I had to call Expedia for more information. We had already paid online. April? the desy clerk was kind to help me through this. Was a pain though. Breakfast is same old, same old. Coffee cold, hot water Luke warm, bland offerings."

"Never got to stay, got an email 2 days before my stay, telling me they had no hot water. Had to take time to cancel reservations? And find somewhere else to stay( at a higher rate, since it was a last minute reservation). Not impressed."
