The hotel was clean, and the staff were very nice . However, I reserved a wheelchair accessible room, even called to confirm the room. But when I arrived they did not have a wheelchair accessible room for me. The bathroom was not accessible in any way. So the room was a challenge for me.

I feel safe when i stay at any Hampton Inn and ny stay was great except for one thing. My first room was not great but the lock would get stuck so the staff responded in a timely manner and switch my room so I felt safe for the duration of my stay.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast and the halls are very quiet and clean. Safety was a huge concern for the staff as they lock the doors at 10pm and you have to have a key to your room to ride the elevator.
