“The room was dingy, clearly hadn't been cleaned more than a simple sweep and wipedown of the counter tops. The floor was sticky, buckled, and the floorboards were sticking up, causing us to trip on more than one occasion. The room smelled like pet urine on one side of the room. The walls appeared to be mid-renovation with many spackled holes that hadn't been painted and appeared to have been there a while, with new dings/scratches still left to fix. The small complimentary shampoo had clearly……

“No breakfast no pets not even service dogs. Staff argue and say your wrong. Thought customer always right. Claimed dogs were in room cause dog hair on dresser off clothes. But did not. No pool nothing for kids. Cost more then what should for what you get. ”

“When we checked in and requested an upper level room for security purposes (we preferred not to have 2 separate entrances into the room), we were rudely told that the hotel was full but found out by checking Expedia at the same time that there was availability at the hotel. “The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Vanilla yogurt and the granola was especially tasty along with warm muffins. My only complaint is that I was given the impression this was a hotel but the standard rooms are basically a motel. I don’t think it’s worth a nicer hotel price when it’s just an older somewhat renovated motel.”

The food was a big yes on the buffet buy the night before I got lettuce wraps and they didnt give me the sauce so I had to walk all the way to the other end of thw 2nd floor then down the stairs then down another long hall to the restaurant.. got my sauce went all……

“The property was clean and very quiet. The staffs there were very helpful. We travel as a family leisure trip and the kids loved the pool/ whirlpool. We were 25-30 minutes from all the attraction sites. The only downsides was to have the room service you have to request at the front desk, which we didn’t know until the fourth day our trash was so full.”

They did not have the roll away bed for our party. There was food left in the fride from previous person. The tub is very high tripped getting in and out of the shower.
