“Breakfast area is small, not enough tables and chairs”

“Dirty, gross, guy at the desk walks around with no shoes or socks everywhere. It smells like death. Look at mattress with no sheets and you'll leave”

“This property is in a sad state of decline...wouldn't recommend to my worst friend”

“What a great cabin to stay in. The cabin was clean, spacious and perfect location. I didn’t roam around the grounds much just due to the nature of my stay but what I saw were well kept and maintained. I wish I would have been able to walk the trails but just didn’t have the time. “We could not have asked for a nicer host and hostess!”

“Terrible. Small and very unclean”

“A very quiet area off the beaten path at hornell. An excellent alternative to the Hampton inn”

“The apartment was very cute and cozy with great old wood floors and accents. My only complaint is when we got there, it was 88 degrees in the upstairs apartment.
