Even though they were in the process of painting the exterior, the place well maintained. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were spotless (we had 2). The beds were premium mattresses. Highly recommend!

Smallish facility but well maintained and very comfortable. Very close to St Bonaventure college and suspect hotel is valued by university visitors. Would certainly stay again.

The two queen beds in our room were so worn that my wife and I ended up rolling together in the middle of the bed. Breakfast was good for boxed cereal.

My first observation was that I missed the turn into the parking lot because the sign is so small and partially hidden behind a tree branch. Front desk was pleasant and helpful. The room was tidy and comfortable, only issue was the "privacy curtains" did not close all of the way - there was a gap for outside light to come in. Water temps were fine, the refrigerator and TV worked and the bed was a little squishy for me but that's a personal preference. The breakfast was more robust than I andticipated and the workout space, although small, had more equipment that I expected. Parking was easy and it's location is great.
