The owners have repurposed a property that was probably in disuse, in a very basic way and is capitalizing on the beautiful surroundings of the Catskill mountains to overcharge for the accommodation. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. However, the towels were worn ( one had rust on it as did the towel hooks and various screw heads) the walls were bare, the toilet continued to……

“We had a wedding in the area and this place was perfect for our needs. There’s a bar to the front of the property, which was fun to hang out and play pool. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.”

“There is nothing special about this property but it is FINE if you just need a clean, no frills place to rest your head. It is reasonably priced, too. There was a TV, and a clean microwave and a clean mini-fridge. The busy road is not far, even though the motel is set back, and the rooms are in a line so you inevitably hear the slammed door of your neighbors. Convenient with lots of businesses nearby.”
