“This is a property in the basement . Door directly facing the garbage refuse area. The stairway to get to this basement apartment is very steep and unclean, there were cockroaches roaming around outside the apartment, the apartment itself was decent on the inside . The location is good too. How ever the garbage refuse area and the unclean stairway downstairs are very off putting . This again may / may not be in the host’s control, hence the 4 stars. ”

“Cumplió con todo lo que dice en la descripción está en una zona donde está todo muy fácil de llegar”

“The apartment was great. The parking was very useful also. There is a very confortable King bed. The futon was perfect for our son. In the closet, there was also to other single beds. We put one in the room and one in the living room. We walked 20 minutes and took a ferry to go to Times square in New York. The view before we took the ferry in New Jersey of all the building of New York was amazing. Hopefully I will have the chance to go again! Thank you Reinier!”

“Great place to sleep for a family. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Bus stop is very close as well. Towels are provided, but not washcloths, so pack your own. Clear communication, smooth check in, and overall great value for a family or group who plans to be out all day.”

“We enjoyed our stay so much. The property was clean and spacious enough for five of us. Our host was kind and responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. ”

“The entire venue was nothing short of excellent! Great value. Great location! Super easy and quick trip to Manhattan on top of it.”

“Great location and super clean! Loved it!!”

“Great accommodation. Comfortable beds. Powerful shower. Great travel links.”

“Wonderful place. Would stay here again. The host was also very accommodating.”

“Parking was easy to find and a short walk away! Ms Nancy was very responsive and helpful. I appreciate the home being dog friendly because my dogs love to bark. It was so clean it smelled super fresh when we walked in!”

“Spacious and comfortable for 6 guests. Host was very good with communication.”

“The Good:The location was great. 2 min walk to the bus line to take you into the city. The host was very communicative and was very flexible when we had to move our trip up a few days. The Not So Great:The main problem is that inside it just too basic. It was clean but things like broken tiles, outdated bathrooms, and a poorly stocked kitchen left a lot to be desired. For the price seems like things should be a bit more updated. Similar with the parking. Great that it’s available but be aware……
