“Nothing to dislike. This was my 2nd home until it was shut down. Reopened in May so of course after bouncing around other hotels in the area I'm back where I belong. Welcomed by Nelson and Sam when I walked in. New at reception was warmly welcomed by Gezennia. Went to the new bar area to see Javier. Nice renovated room on the 25th floor. Hotel renovations are great. As a Broadway fan close to All Broadway theatres and TKTS for discounted tickets. Plenty of restaurants for meals in all price……

“Only problem was over a 4 day stay we only had our bedsheets changed once and I'm not totally sure if they put new sheets on or just remade the bed.”

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

“The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA”
