“Great location, clean and comfortable, thank you!!”

“DO NOT RENT this unit unless you like a moldy shower curtain (so easy to clean/replace) to the all-night brightest main bedroom that had the thinnest curtains, the loudest street noise, and the weakest fan with no AC. Very hard to sleep. The only other fan in the entire unit was equally weak, and all the drapes were so dirty. You didn’t even want to touch them. The toilet barely flushed, and they don’t even bother to change the battery in the smoke alarm, which was beeping for three days. The……

“The unit was beautiful. It was very comfortableFor our family We had 5 adults and an infant. Having 3 bathrooms and laundry facilities was very helpful and convenient. The host was very responsive to any concerns we had. He communicated in a timely manner and wanted us to enjoy our stay. The close proximity toThe Barclay center would make this unit great if you are attending an event there ! We were there for a short stay. But the full kitchen is well stocked if you decide to eat in. ”

“Beautiful property, clean, and plenty of room for the 8 of us. The washer and dryer was broken which made it difficult as we found out our cruise was being re-routed from Bermuda to Canada because of a hurricane & we needed to wash our warm clothes we had worn in NYC. Because of pre-planned activities we did not have time to go to the laundromat. The property owner did give us a small refund after I requested it. The neighborhood was a little rough, but these rental properties were beautiful. ”
