“The lobby and room was clean and comfy. The hallway carpet could use some love. It was dirty, worn and stretched to the point of being a trip hazard.”

“We had a room next to the stairwell. The arm on the fire rated stairwell door that controls its closing was not working directly in with slam shut with a loud bang each time it was opened. The first night of our stay was horrible. There were several different guest that continued to rotate in and out of the room directly next to us and use the stairwell dozens and dozens of times all night long, I was up for most of the night concerned that something illegal was happening. “Mrs. Pam was a wonderful host and most helpful. Breakfast was tasty and we got to dine with the horses. We would love to return for horse riding in the near future. Highly recommend 10/10. Thank you for hosting us!”

“Great little hotel. Clean rooms with a very comfortable mattress and extra pillows. The staff/owners are friendly and accommodating.”

“Staff insists the bed upstairs in the Dogwood suite is a queen but it is smaller than a standard queen for sure. Be aware!!”

“An incredibly tiny room. The bed was so high I had to get on tip toes to get in it, and I’m 6ft tall. Tv and internet were very poor.”

“It is what it says it is. Budget Inn. My room was clean and comfortable. Only downside? No coffee maker. Otherwise no complaints!”

“I will never stay there again.”

“Excellent studio convenient to town with all of the needed amenities. In a quiet neighborhood, and the host was very responsive. It was clean, tidy and I was in good order. I would definitely book there again.”

“Very old building, ice machine in an insecure space.”

“Absolutely loved our stay! Chris was an amazing host and was super kind and communicative about an adjustment we needed on check-in. It's a great cabin and had everything we needed. Super comfortable. So grateful for the time away and the quietness of the north Georgia area.”

“Access was sub par”

“We had a pleasant and brief stay. The staff was friendly and attentive. The cabin was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the cabin is quite old, and the mattress needs to be replaced. It sank us so much that it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom could also use a place to hang clothes other than the towel rack. Overall, it was a decent experience.”

“This is a beautiful VBRO. Very clean, with comfortable beds. Very stocked with amenities. Beautiful view of the water and tons of deer walking around. Close to town. Communication with owner was excellent and she was very friendly. We will definitely return to this property!”
